DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

By accepting this agreement, the Buyer acknowledges in advance that upon confirming the order, they are obligated to pay the total order amount, including any applicable shipping fees, taxes, or other additional charges.
2. DEFINITIONS
For the application and interpretation of this agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them:
- MINISTER: Minister of Customs and Trade.
- MINISTRY: Ministry of Customs and Trade.
- LAW: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
- REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts.
- SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than the supply of goods, provided in exchange for a fee or benefit.
- SELLER: A company that offers goods to consumers in the course of its commercial or professional activities, or acts on behalf of or for the account of the supplier.
- BUYER: A natural or legal person who purchases, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes.
- SITE: The website owned by the Seller.
- ORDER PLACER: A natural or legal person who requests a good or service through the Seller's website.
- PARTIES: Refers to the Seller and the Buyer.
- AGREEMENT: This agreement concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.
- GOOD: The tangible movable property subject to shopping, as well as software, sound, image, and similar intangible goods prepared for use in electronic media.
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) specified below, which the Buyer has ordered electronically via the Seller's website, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The prices listed and advertised on the website represent the selling price. These prices and commitments remain valid until they are updated and changed. Prices announced for a limited period remain in effect until the end of the specified period.

7. PRODUCT(S) COVERED BY THE AGREEMENT
7.1. The basic characteristics of the product(s)/service(s) (type, quantity, brand/model, color, unit count) are published on the Seller's website. If the Seller has a promotional campaign for a product, the basic characteristics of the product will be available for review during the campaign period. The promotion is valid until the specified campaign end date.
7.2. Pricing
The prices listed on the website represent the selling prices. These prices remain valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited period are valid until the specified deadline.
7.3. Taxes and Payments
The total price of the product or service, including all taxes, is shown below:

9. GENERAL TERMS
9.1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
The Buyer acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read and understood the essential characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery terms of the ordered product(s) as stated on the Seller’s website and that they have confirmed this information electronically.
9.2. Delivery Time
Each product subject to the Agreement shall be delivered to the Buyer within a maximum legal period of 30 days, depending on the Buyer’s location, as specified in the pre-information section of the website.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the distance contract relates to the sale of goods, the Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery to themselves or to the designated recipient by notifying the Seller, without providing any justification and without incurring any penalty.
11. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products prepared according to the Buyer’s request or personal needs, such as underwear bottoms, makeup products, and single-use items.
12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the Buyer defaults on payment via credit card, they acknowledge, declare, and undertake that they will be liable for interest payments in accordance with their credit card agreement with the issuing bank and that they will be responsible for any legal consequences.
13. COMPETENT COURT
For any disputes arising from this Agreement, complaints and objections may be submitted to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court located in the Buyer’s place of residence or where the transaction was conducted.
14. ENFORCEMENT
By completing the payment for their order on the Site, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
