CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable legal regulations, regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
The shipping costs for product delivery shall be borne by the buyers.
Each purchased product will be delivered to the recipient specified by the buyer within a maximum legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and, if applicable, with warranty certificates, user manuals, and similar documents.
If it becomes impossible to supply the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning about this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR:
If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARDS:
If, after delivery of the product, it is determined that the credit card used for payment was fraudulently used by unauthorized persons and the payment for the sold product is not made to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs covered by the seller.
DELAYED DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
If unforeseen force majeure events occur that prevent the timely delivery of the product, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request order cancellation, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstruction is removed. If the buyer cancels the order:
- If the payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded within 14 days.
- If the payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days. However, the bank may take 2-3 weeks to process the refund into the buyer’s account.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
The buyer must inspect the goods/service before accepting delivery and should not accept goods/services that are dented, broken, torn, or otherwise damaged from the shipping company. Any accepted goods/services will be deemed to have been delivered in perfect condition. The buyer must carefully preserve the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the goods/services must not be used, and the invoice must be returned along with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the purchased product to themselves or to the specified recipient, without any legal or penal liability and without providing any reason, by notifying the seller via the contact details below.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
- If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed.
- If the execution of the service begins with the buyer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
- The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller in writing via registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days. The product must also be unused and comply with the conditions specified under the “Products That Cannot Be Returned” section.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- The invoice of the product delivered to the third party or the buyer (if the invoice was issued to a company, a return invoice must be sent along with the return).
- The return form.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all standard accessories, undamaged, and unused.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
- The seller must refund the total amount and any related documents that create an obligation for the buyer within 10 days from receiving the withdrawal notification.
- The seller must accept the return of the product within 20 days.
- If there is a decrease in the value of the goods or if returning the product becomes impossible due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer must compensate the seller for damages at the rate of their fault.
- However, changes and deteriorations caused by proper use of the goods within the withdrawal period are not the buyer’s responsibility.
- If the withdrawal reduces the order total below the campaign discount threshold, the discount applied under the campaign will be canceled.
PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED:
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products unless they are defective:
- Products prepared upon the buyer’s request or explicitly customized for personal needs.
- Underwear bottoms, swimwear, and bikini bottoms.
- Makeup products, single-use items, perishable goods, or items that may expire quickly.
- Products that are unreturnable due to health and hygiene reasons once the packaging is opened after delivery.
- Products that are mixed with other items after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
- Periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under a subscription contract.
- Digital content or software programs, data recording and storage devices, books, video/audio recordings, and computer consumables if their packaging has been opened by the buyer.
- Services that have commenced before the withdrawal period ends with the consumer’s approval.
To be eligible for return, cosmetics, personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, software, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, tapes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
- If the buyer makes payments via a credit card and defaults, they agree to pay interest under their credit card agreement with the bank and to be responsible to the bank.
- In such cases, the bank may seek legal remedies, claim legal fees and attorney costs from the buyer, and in all circumstances, the buyer agrees to compensate the seller for any damages caused by delayed payment.

- Online payments can be made with credit cards, including one-time payments or installment options.
- For online payments, the amount will be deducted from your credit card upon order completion.
